These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all interactions with Believe In Self™, its founder Gregory A. McCullough, its affiliates, agents, authorized representatives, contractors, associates, and any organization owned wholly or in part by Believe In Self™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, using, attending, donating to, or engaging with any of our products, services, events, coaching, or content, you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “User”) irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

Believe In Self™ provides faith-based coaching programs, the Think Different Blueprint™, digital products, physical products, courses, live events, masterminds, mentorship, books, and other personal development resources. All offerings are for educational, inspirational, and faith-based self-improvement purposes only.

2. Payment, Refunds & Scheduling

Payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Sessions and events may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour advance notice; exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Failure to attend a live event, mastermind, or coaching session does not entitle the Client to a refund.

3. No Guarantees of Results

We provide tools, resources, and guidance intended to support your growth. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome, transformation, or benefit is guaranteed. Your success depends on your own commitment, effort, and actions. We are not liable for lack of results or dissatisfaction with the services provided.

4. Disclaimer of Advice

All content, coaching, or materials provided by Believe In Self™ are not medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for seeking qualified professional guidance in these areas.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

5.1 Ownership

All intellectual property created by or for Believe In Self™ and Gregory A. McCullough, including but not limited to the Think Different Blueprint™, programs, materials, documents, videos, images, recordings, designs, systems, methods, processes, branding, slogans, logos, taglines, and any tangible or intangible works (collectively, “Materials”) is and shall remain the sole property of Believe In Self™ and Gregory A. McCullough.

5.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, share, modify, resell, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Materials in any form without express prior written authorization from Believe In Self™. This prohibition applies to both free and paid content, including any use in group programs, AI training, derivative works, or for commercial purposes.

5.3 Enforcement

Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of U.S. copyright law, trademark law, and other intellectual property protections, and may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution. Believe In Self™ reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available.

6. Hold Harmless & Indemnification

By purchasing, using, attending, downloading, subscribing, donating, or otherwise engaging with Believe In Self™ and the Think Different Blueprint™, you:

Irrevocably waive any right to sue, bring claims, or pursue class action litigation against Believe In Self™, Gregory A. McCullough, its staff, affiliates, authorized representatives, associates, or any organization owned wholly or in part by us.

Hold harmless, release, defend, and indemnify Believe In Self™ and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from your participation, use of products, coaching, or reliance on advice provided.

Acknowledge that results depend entirely on your personal effort and that lack of results does not constitute grounds for a claim or refund.

7. Binding Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the State of New York, USA, under private jurisdiction and applicable law. Class action suits are expressly and irrevocably waived.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using, purchasing, attending, downloading, subscribing, donating, or paying for services, you:

Waive all future rights to pursue claims against Believe In Self™ or its representatives.

Acknowledge your full understanding of the intellectual property protections, hold harmless provisions, and no-liability clauses of this Agreement.
